Ski Chalet Details

The chalet has been designed by a team of architects and interior designers utilising stone, wood and steel to create a harmonious light-filled space perfect for relaxing in.

With the best view over the valley, the chalet is spread over two floors perched on the side of the mountain. Access is by a small private funicular lift system which will deliver you either directly to the piste edge or from from the road to the front door. The chalet is located just 100 m from the main ski lift, so no problems with easy access.

The outdoor jacuzzi is located immediately adjacent to the relaxation spa room containing the novel Sanarium™ sauna system which allows every combination of heat therapy from traditional sauna through tropical rain forest to steam room.

Upstairs is a stunning 90m2 open plan living room/ dining room and kitchen with floor to ceiling picture windows guaranteeing breathtaking views. The rear wall constructed from local stones engenders a feeling of calm aided by the enormous comfortable sofas. The central uniquely designed fireplace links all aspects of the room and provides a focal point while you watch the cooks prepare your meals in the impressive ultramodern kitchen with its thick matt black granite work surfaces.

The chalet sleeps up to 12 guests (8 adults and 4 children) in five good sized ensuite bedrooms, including a master suite, all of which have fabulous panoramic views. The master suite has to be seen to be believed. Lie in the hand-made superking size bed and watch a film on the 42” Panasonic TV or drink a glass of champagne while sharing the oversized bath and look out over the uninterrupted views over the valley. Ski Resort and Chalet Location

Ski Chalet Chalet Auriane is in Verbier, Switzerland

La Tzoumaz is part of the huge Verbier ski area just 90 minutes from Geneva and 25 minutes from Sion airport. La Tzoumaz is located in the adjacent valley to Verbier, being just a 5 minute cable car ride away.

The resort is north facing and has one of the best snow records in the Alps enjoying a ski-season from early December all the way through to late-April and usually offering better snow conditions than Verbier itself. Moreover its weather is usually clear when Verbier tends to cloud within its bowl. The brand new 8 man gondola system is the biggest and fastest in the 4 Valleys domain with a capacity of 2200 people per hour which links it directly to Verbier and the rest of the 4 Valleys. It ensures short queues even at the busiest times.
