Ski Chalet Details

Located in an exceptional setting, this peaceful retreat surrounded by unspoiled wilderness is an ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays.The Chalet Colinn will be open to guests as of Christmas 2005, offering accommodations and meals in an absolutely exceptional setting. With southwest orientation, the chalet is located at the end of the village with a view of the Sache, overlooking the Tignes dam and the Val d’Isère ski resort (5 km from Val d’Isère and 3 km from Tignes-Les Boisses). Upon arrival in the village you will be greeted by only the traditional odours of sheep, cattle, hay and wood smoke!Chalet Colinn offer a minibus service to and from the slopes each morning and afternoon. The chalet is a 10/15 min drive into the centre of Val d'Isere.

Rental Facilities

The chalet offers several additional perks :    * We’ve chosen Sunday as the arrival day to help you avoid the local traffic problems on Saturdays    * Shuttle service between the chalet and the resort,    * Daily housekeeping, and linens changed once a week,    * "Table d’hôtes" package including a buffet breakfast, tea time after skiing, the evening apéritif with snacks, an open bar (with non-alcoholic beverages only) and a generous dinner (first and second courses, cheese and dessert) 6 evenings per week (Thursday evening is our time off, and your opportunity to discover the atmosphere of the resort and its restaurants),    * Free access to the sauna and Norwegian bath,    * Daily newspapers available,    * Home cinema,    * Internet access and private TV with DVD player in each room,    * Library and video library    * For everyone’s well-being, this is a non-smoking chalet.    * Animals not allowedWe can manage a 4 night weekend break, ask for details.

Chalet Colinn is a luxury catered chalet situated in the farming hamlet of Le Franchet which offers a rare respite from the package holiday hotels and crowds.

Our spectacular views over Val d'Isère and across the Lac du Barrage to Tignes are shared only by Ibex and Chamois yet we are only 10 and 15 minutes respectively from Val d'Isère and Tignes in our private shuttle mini bus.
