Ski Chalet Details

Chez Bobeau is our catered chalet for big groups or large families. It is in a fantastic location less than a five minute walk from the Grand Massif Express lift and a ten minute stroll from the centre of Samoens.

We sleep up to 21 guests, in eight bedrooms situated over three floors.There are two rooms on the ground floor, two on the first floor and four on the second floor. The rooms are all modern, very cosy and full of character. There are two ideal family rooms accommodating up to four people. Two rooms have balconies. All the beds are dressed in luxury duvets and pillows and fluffy towels are provided. Whilst you are out enjoying the snow, your rooms will be kept spotlessly clean.

There is a large homely open plan lounge and dining area, with a wooden-beamed ceiling - the central feature is a warming log fire. After a days skiing or snowboarding you can sit back and relax in our cosy snug area, with comfortable deep sofas. We have a large TV with satellite, a good range of DVD's, a library of books and plenty of board games for you to enjoy. At the front of the chalet there is a large southfacing terrace. We have garden furniture, sun loungers and a built in BBQ for enjoying long summer evenings.

Rental Facilities

On the large decking at the rear of the chalet, we have a luxury 7-seater hot-tub with great views over the mountains. With 42 jets, it's powerful hydrotherapy is a great way to get rid of any aches and pains.

We also have a games room with table football and a PS2 for your use. The kids love it. Send them down there after their tea so you can enjoy your evening meal in peace.

We have a large library of books, DVDs and music to keep you entertained.

There is also a well stocked bar that we run on an honesty basis.

Chalet Food

We are very passionate about food at PureChalets and serve a four course meal six nights of the week allowing you to sample some of the local restaurants one night of the week.

Breakfast

To accommodate the most ardent and most relaxed of skiers and boarders, breakfast is served every day between 7:30 and 9:30 am. Enjoy freshly baked bread & croissants from the local boulangerie and a selection of cheese, ham, cereals, eggs and fruit. Everyday we serve a hot option such as scrambled egg on toast, freshly made pancakes with maple syrup or boiled eggs with soldiers!

Afternoon tea

Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and scrumptious homemade cakes or biscuits will be waiting for you when you arrive back at the chalet after a hard day on the slopes.

Dinner

Six nights of the week we serve a four course evening meal, a delicious blend of traditional English & French cuisine followed by tea or coffee. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special dietary requirements. We can also serve a 2-course high tea for little ones.

One night a week you are free to sample Savoyard food in a local restaurant, we can help with suggestions of where to go and make reservations for you.

Drinks

Throughout dinner, good quality house wines will be served. If you require something a little more special a selection of fine wines and champagne are readily available from the cellar for an additional charge. Our fully stocked honesty bar is available for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Ski Chalet Chez Bobeau is in Samoens, France

We are located in a quiet part of the town next to the sports centre and park and a short walk to the lifts.

Samoens is a beautiful village with direct lift access to the Grand Massif ski area with  265km of piste and vast areas of off-piste catering for all levels of ability.

Large Groups

Large Parties of up to 29 can rent the chalet with our adjacent 3 bedroom chalet that can sleep a further 8 people. Eat Dinner together in the evening and enjoy the facilities of both chalets.
