Ski Chalet Details

The main chalet has 6 generous family size guest rooms, each sleeping 3  or 4 people - one even sleeps up to 6. The chalet can take up to a maximum of 23 people ( split between adults and children). Individual or group bookings welcome.

Additionaly there is a comfortable lounge with cosy woodburner and a beautiful vaulted dining room where you will be able to enjoy the sumptious food we have become famous for each evening at dinner, hosted by chalet owners, Emma & Griff.

Children aged 14 and under are served dinner at an earlier time ( a freshly cooked 3 course meal - no fast food here!) Thereby allowing little ones an earlier bedtime and the older ones some free time to spend with their friends or using the playstation etc  - and of course this also preserves the ambiance in the dining room for our adult guests.

We also provide a pre-reservation service for ski / board hire equipment and lessons, so when you arrive you can relax and enjoy your holiday instead of rushing around trying to organise everything!

Chalet Food

Chalet Chardon Bleu has received many great reviews for it's food ( see the latest reviews on Tripadvisor).

Adults are served a sumptious 3 course meal each evening which has been cooked with complete dedication to quality by chalet owner Emma, who shops and hand selects all food - no deliveries to ensure the high standads the chalet is famous for.

Foie Gras Creme Brulee served with Toasted Brioche and a Port and Date Chutney

Pan fried Breast of Duck served with a Red Wine and home made redcurrant Jus, Pommes Dauphinoise and seasonable vegetables

Ski Resort and Chalet Location

Ski Chalet Chalet Chardon Bleu is in Saint-Martin De Belleville, France

St in the hamlet of La Combe, just 5 minutes from St Martin de Belleville and the ski lift.

St Martin is very central in the 3 Valleys, fro the lift you can ski to Merible of Les Menuires in less than 30 minutes, La Tania, Courcheval and Val Thorens in around and hour to an hour and 30 minutes ( depending on your skiing) and the 4th Valley is an easy day trip.

With over 600km of skiing the 3 Valleys is the largest ski resort in the world and will be enought to keep even the most advanced skiers occupied for many weeks. However, if you do feel like something different, the ski resorts or Tignes, Val d'Isere and La Plagne are all within an hour to name but a few!
