Chalet Jacque is a luxury catered chalet, completed in 2007 to the very highest standards. The chalet sits at 1550 metres above the authentic Swiss village of Haute Nendaz, which is part of the world famous Four Valleys. North facing and with lots of snow making, you can be assured of great conditions throughout the season with pistes above 3000m.
Nestling in an exclusive area known as Domaine de la Chapelle, the chalet is ski in / out and has fantastic views across the Rhone valley from every room. Each of the 4 double / twin guest bedrooms is en-suite and are large by traditional chalet standards. Complimentary Molton Brown products are provided for that extra touch of luxury. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet and a log fire in the lounge to ensure a warm and cozy stay. There is free wi-fi and satelite TV, as well as a selection of traditional games, books and dvds.
The local skiing includes over 410km of pistes and some of the very best off-piste skiing in the world. The Four Valleys, which includes Verbier, truely caters for skiers of all abilities, ranging from absolute beginners to the most experienced and adventurous skiers.
Skiing aside, your meals at Chalet Jacque will be truly delicious. Prepared by your professionally trained hosts, Dan and Kate, you can look forward to delightful 3 course dinners served with local quality Swiss wines, followed by coffee and chocolates, if you still have room! To get the day off to a great start tuck into a large buffet breakfast with a wide choice, including freshly baked bread, croissants, juices etc. On your return from the slopes there will be freshly baked cake, tea coffee and juice. Some guests have complained that their ski gear is a little "snug" by the end of their holiday!

There are 4 guests bedrooms which are all ensuite and can be configured as either doubles or twin. The bedrooms are large by traditional standards with plenty of storage. Every room has beautiful views across the Rhone Valley to the mountains on the far side.
The large open plan living area on the middle floor has 3 very large soft leather sofas around a log fire in which to relax and chat about the day's skiing. Too tired to talk, then watch a film from our selection of DVDs or tune into your favourite programme on the satelite TV.
On the ground floor is the heated ski room with electric boot warmers. Nobody likes putting on cold damp boots and you won't have to at Chalet Jacque. Snap on your skis or crank up your bindings and your off down a gentle 250m track to the main village piste. It couldn't be simpler.
For absolute beginners we will drive you down to the lift in the morning to meet your new friends at ski school. By the end of the week you will be gently skiing down the track with everybody else.
The chalet was constructed and furnished to very high standards in 2007. This will be our 4th season in the Swiss alps and each year just keeps getting better.

Meals are a highlight at Chalet Jacque. Prepared by your professionally trained hosts, Dan and Kate, you can look forward to a delicious 3 course dinner with quality local Swiss wines, followed by coffee and chocolates. Dinner is served on 6 nights as the hosts get one day off a week, giving you the chance to try one of the local restaurants which catered for all tastes and budgets.
On the evening of your arrival you will be served with canapes and champagne to get your holiday off to a great start.
Breakfast is an important start to the day. Fresh bread and hot croissants are served daily with a wide choice of cereal, porridge, ham cheese and yoghurts. You return in the afternoon to be greeted by a freshly baked cake, tea / coffee and choice of juices.
Dan and Kate run an honesty bar for pre-dinner drinks. There are also 2 local apres ski bars, the closest just 250m from the chalet.

The chalet is ski in ski out being just 250m down a gentle track to the main village piste. From there you can access the Four Valleys with over 410km of piste.
The are a number of local marked snow shoeing trails through beautiful woodland.
In the village there are a wide selection of bars and restaurants as well as local shops and 3 supermarkets.
