Ski Chalet Details

The chalet has been conveniently split into two luxurious & large properties:

The Garden Apartment (110sqm) sleeps up to 7 in 3 large bedrooms. ( 6 adults + a child)

Upper two storey Chalet   (170sqm) sleeps up to 11 in 5 bedrooms.Book either the two storey chalet, the garden apartment, or for larger groups book the whole chalet sleeping 18.

The Garden Apartment

Spacious double-aspect living room with open log fire, large flat screen satellite TV, DVD player & DVDs, CD player & CDs, books & board games and WiFi. Plus a separate guest WC.

Open plan to large double-aspect dining area with table to seat 7, open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer & dishwasher.

Double doors from lounge lead onto south facing sun terrace & garden 3 large bedrooms sleeping up to 7. One double bedroom with en-suite with shower, basin & wc, two twin bedrooms, one with the option of a single sofa bed. Large family bathroom with bath with shower over, twin basins and WC and washer dryer machine. Separate guests' WC with basin.

The Chalet

Large double-aspect dining area with table to seat 11. Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge freezer & dishwasher.

Double doors from lounge & dining area lead to large south facing balcony, with dining table & chairs, plus stairs leading to garden

3 large bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite with shower, basin & WC and two twin-bedded rooms.

Top floor: open plan feature staircase to 2nd floor with large TV/DVD room with flat screen TV/DVD and ample seating. This room also converts to a double bedroom. A bureau, fully equipped & with desk, WiFi access & printer.This room also converts to a bedroom with double & single comfortable sofa beds. This floor also has a third bathroom with shower, basin & WC.

Catering options:

The chalet & apartment are self catering, however you can choose to have dinners prepared and served by a local chef, Yvonne of 'Dining In'. Additionally, she can bring pastries and fresh bread for your breakfast the next day. Or two restaurants in the village provide take away meals.

Ski Resort and Chalet Location

Ski Chalet Chalet Champetre is in Meribel, France

Centre of Les Trois Vallées, the largest linked ski are in the world, snow sure December - April.

The medieval village of Les Allues is still the capital of the Méribel valley and linked to the centre of Meribel by lift & bus within 8 minutes. The heart of this pretty village is just a lovely 5 minute stroll from the chalet. The Chalet has fantastic mountain views of the Vanoise National Park, the Courchevel & Meribel Valleys.

In summer the garden is full with masses of wild flowers and is a great place to picnic and sunbathe. Marked mountain walks lead straight from the front door.there is alos a huge choice of summer activities,such as river rafting, rock climbing, hang gliding, balooning,mountain biking, tennis, golf, hikes, swimming in crystal clear lakes and much more.

In WINTER you are in the largest linked ski area in the world & SNOW SURE December - end of April. Meribel alone has over 90 lifts & over 300kms of pistes. Les Trois Vallées has over 200 iifts & over 600kms of pistes to suite all gradess from beginner to expert and off piste. For boarders there are two parks in Meribel and a further 2 in the adjoining valleys of Val Thorens & Courchevel.

For the non skier/boarder, try husky sledd riding, snow shoe walking, the spas, swimming, ice skating, rock wall climbing or just relax on top of the mountains in the sun on a restaurant terrace.
