Ski Chalet Details

Chalet ‘Pas de Chèvre’ is a British family’s second home and is available for rental. The chalet was built by local craftsmen and completed in January 2004. The chalet is located in La Turche at an altitude of 1,230 metres. La Turche is a small hamlet above the village of Les Gets and part of the the 'Portes du Soleil' the world's largest connected ski area. The 'Portes du Soleil' straddles the French and Swiss Alps.

The chalet offers a very high standard of flexible accommodation for 10 guests.

It is located 60 metres from a ski and bike hire shop and a similar distance from the booth where you can buy your ski passes and access to the mountain. Close by is access to the main ski area of Les Gets via a drag lift or a short ski run to the new Les Perriere 6 person express chair lift. There is also a regular free bus service serving the centre of the Les Gets village.

Accommodation – First Floor

Sitting/dining room with 3 sofas, dining area and wood burning stove. Equipped with wide screen satellite TV (including some Sky channels), DVD and Hi-Fi system; Sun balconies on two sides with large sliding door access; Well-equipped kitchen; hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer.

Accommodation – Lower floor

Bedroom 1: (Shown - lower) Double room with king sized bed. Bathroom with bath/shower. Window overlooking Mt Chery; Bedroom 2: Double with 2 excellent quality single beds with en-suite shower room. Window overlooking Mt Chery; Bedroom 3: Bedroom with 2 full sized bunk beds. Bathroom with bath/shower. French windows overlooking Mt Chery; Cave with drying facilities, washing machine and tumble dryer; Boot drying area with plenty of hanging space for ski clothes.

Accommodation – Upper floor

Bedroom 4: Large double in the eves of the chalet with large picture window and balcony with views of Mt. Chery. Two excellent quality single beds. Bedroom 5: (Shown - the higher of the 2 bedrooms shown below) Large double in the eves of the chalet with king sized double bed. Large picture window and balcony with views of Mt. Chery; Bathroom with bath/shower; Separate WC with wash basin.

Outside

Garden with uninterrupted views of Mont Chèry; large sun deck at the lower level and smaller one at the higher level. Barbecue area and large table with integral bench seats. Covered car parking area. Ski storage. Large Table to seat eight with chairs plus deck chairs.
