Ski Chalet Details

The main accommodation, which is accessed through the lower ground floor occupies the top two floors and covers approximately 125 m2. The Lower ground floor is given over to private storage for maintenance equipment and a small studio apartment occasionally used by the owner and also available for let if required. LOWER GROUND FLOOR Large entrance hall - containing ski racks and boot racks and ample space for wet outdoor clothing UPPER GROUND FLOOR Lounge - Large and well equipped with wood burning stove, TV, Video, DVD. Well stocked library of books, videos and DVDs and a good selection of games. Optional sofa beds for 12 person occupancy, bathroom and WC Very large (25m2) newly fittle ktichen and dinning area which opens up onto the sun terrace. Dining table seats 12 comfortably FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1 - Spacious full en-suite family room sleeps 4 with a double and bunk beds Bedroom 2 - full en-suite twin room Bedroom 3 - full en-suite room with bunk beds Bedroom 4 - sleeps two in bunk beds

Pricing:

Prices are in British pounds (£) for total occupancy of the chalet on an exclusive basis. Based on a 6 person occupancy.

 
Surcharges:

For groups greater  than 6: There will be an additional charge of £50.00 for every person over 6. Max occupancy 12. Surcharges not applicable in Summer season

Laundry:

All prices include bed linen, and your beds will be made up foryou on arrival. Towels whilst not provided can be hired from the chalet manager at €8 per set consisting of face cloth, hand towl and bath towel. Summer price includes laundry.

Three room have en-suite bathrooms with wash basin, WC and shower. There is a further shared bathroom on the Upper Ground Floor that has wash basin, WC and shower.

Modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, fully equipped to allow preparation of everything from a simple sandwich to a gourmet dinner.
