Studio 22 m2 on the 1st floor of a residence style large chalet Savoyard. Calm guaranteed. East facing balcony. Interior furnishing in pine, nicely decorated

including a living room with corner kitchen, multi-stage

bed-settee, an armchair, tv/dvd, refrigerator, furnace, microwaves.

A separate hall including a bunk bed. Bathroom/wc. Skis storage. Carpark in the residence. Accessible garage except winter season.

It is a 10 minutes drive from the apartment to the centre of St Gervais or Mégève where there's a range of shops, restaurants, bars, an ice rink and an open air swimming pool. .  Le Bettex 1400 m altitude modern station in a village spirit where nature and environment are respected. It is a departure point for some of the most beautiful hikes offering an exceptional panorama of Mont Blanc.In winter, at the heart of the Evasion ski area, Le Bettex becomes the snow front. Here you can find all the comforts of a modern resort : sunny terraces, wonderful restaurants, sports shops, nursery and ski schools. During summer enjoy tennis and horse riding.

Saint Gervais is a beautiful savoyard village with a friendly atmosphere. It is home to Europe's highest mountain, Mont Blanc and has been a popular holiday destination for over a hundred years.  There are a number of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and every Thursday morning there is a market and the village's main square is a hive of activity. The towns of Megeve and Chamonix are just a 20 minute drive away should you wish to explore a little further. St Gervais has a huge number of activities on offer.  It is popular with walkers and cyclists in the summer, it is one of the starting points for the Tour du Mont Blanc.  In winter Saint Gervais has a large ski area (over 400 km) which links to nearby Les Contamines and Megeve.  The Mont Blanc Tramway can be taken from Saint Gervais to the Bellevue plateau (1800m) or the Prarion giving skiers access to the Les Houches ski area in winter.  Or it can be taken by walkers or those just wishing to see the wonderful panorama in winter or summer. For those who would like to relax a little St Gervais's famous thermal parc offers complementary therapies and massage.   The village also has an open air swimming (open June-September), ice rink, tennis courts and mini-golf.
