Enjoy warm log fires, delicious food and ensuite rooms with balconies in Mountain Maison, our  stylishly renovated 19th century farmhouse. Mountain Maison is in a lovely spot in an old village that’s part of the Peisey-Vallandry / Les Arcs ski area and in the heart of snow sure Paradiski.

Rental Facilities

Mountain Maison is a warm and comfortable farmhouse chalet beautifully decorated in a simple alpine style with modern designer touches. It offers:

• 9 ensuite bedrooms, most with balconies and some with romantic four posters and deep double ended baths
• Guest robes, heated towel rails, hair dryers, organic toiletries, tea & coffee facilities in rooms
• Two spacious, cosy sitting rooms with comfy sofas and log stoves
• Separate dining room with doors to the deck and garden
• Infrared sauna, WIFI internet, DVD, stereo, books and games

Other facilities include:

• Ski store, drying room and heated boot room
• Deck and terraced gardens opening onto woodland path and hillside behind the chalet
• Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer
• Private nanny service from 15€ per hr
• Free parking nearby
• Village centre 2 minutes walk
• Pre-booking of ski pass and equipment, delivered to the chalet

Children over 5 are welcome. Younger children and dogs are allowed if your group books the whole chalet (in the case of dogs, subject to prior agreement and £70 cleaning surcharge).

Enjoy delicious, modern farmhouse cooking, home baked cakes or biscuits for afternoon tea, and seasonal produce. Where possible, we use organic or local meat, dairy produce and vegetables, doing our best to support artisan producers locally and in the surrounding region.

Six nights a week, we prepare delicious three course dinners, served with good quality wines in our lovely candlelit dining room. Coffee, tea or organic herbal infusions are served in front of the fire after dinner. We also have a small wine list with hand picked selection of unusual local wines from small traditional producers.

Mountain Maison is right in the heart of Paradiski, with Montchavin Les Coches La Plagne on one side and Peisey Vallandry Les Arcs on the other. The snow sure resort rises to over 3400m and has 420 kms of lift-connected slopes suitable for all levels of experience. It's just a short transfer from the Bourg Saint Maurice Eurostar in our courtesy shuttle, and only 90 minutes from Chambery airport (free transfers for ski break package guests, other airports also possible).

FRIENDLY PERSONAL SERVICE

Owned and run by Samantha and Alvaro, we ensure you receive top-notch, yet  friendly personal service.  We offer:

• Ski hosting three days a week – let us show you the best spots to ski and the good places to eat or have a vin chaud
• Pre-booking of lift passes and equipment – delivered to the chalet
• Help arranging lessons and childcare if required private nanny service from £15 per hour
  courtesy resort shuttle service, so no difficult walks in ski gear

SKI SAFARI & OFF PISTE TRIPS

Ideal for ski safaris - between 25 mins and 1 hour to Sainte Foy, Three Valleys, Valmorel and La Rosiere. You can ski virtually all year round thanks to the glacier skiing in Tignes (45 mins drive). We run trips for a small extra charge.
