Ski Chalet Details

Chalet Etoile  in Le Grand Bornand is a brand new large 4/5 bedroom self-catering family ski chalet: 

The accommodation on the ground floor consists of

-  A large sitting room with an open plan kitchen/dining area. 

-  A large TV/family room or 5th bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

-  Separate WC. 

-  An integral garage, with a large rack for storing skis/boots/helmets etc and a perfect place to store  bikes in the summer.

On the first floor there are

-  4 large bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom.

-  A shower room.

-  Separate WC. 

(Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, and two have been specially designed to accommodate between 3 and 4 children or adults)  

A full size basement houses a utility room, and a ping pong table.

Rental Facilities

Chalet Etoile is self catering. 

The village with its bars, restaurants and shops is within easy walking distance of the chalet, as are the pistes (for those who do not wish to walk the ski bus stops at the top of our drive and there is ample parking by the liftsif you want to drive)

Our local English and French speaking agent will meet and greet you and be on hand during your stay.  Fresh linen and towels are provided.

Chalet Food

The chalet is self catering.

A local restaurant will deliver pizzas and several local savoyard dishes.  The local shop will prepare fondues and raclettes to serve in the chalet, they will also deliver bread and croissants each morning.

There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the chalet

Ski Chalet Chalet Etoile is in Le Grand-Bornand, France

The Chalet is situated in the village of Chinaillon which is the upper ski station of Le Grand Bornand.  (90% of the Le Grand Bornand skiing starts in Chinaillon)

The chalet is located on the outskirts of the village with uninterupted views of the pistes and the mountains.  It is a very quiet location yet just minutes walk from the village.
