We all had the most fabulous week and left Chalet Annabelle on Saturday with very happy memories. Both you and Mike were fantastic hosts and every aspect of our holiday was perfect, thanks in no small measure to your sterling efforts in looking after us. From the moment we were picked up in Geneva and transferred to your chalet, we felt pampered and welcome, which meant so much to us all. Your chalet is lovely - homely and comfortable, the food just absolutely wonderful, and your kind hospitality much appreciated.

You really do tick all the boxes! We have stayed in numerous chalets now as a group and although we always have a great time, there have often been slight niggles about this and that. I can honestly say, you and Mike have got the perfect balance. The transport was great, the accommodation superb, the food and wine sublime and the sheer comfort factor top notch. You were so friendly but also professional.

It must be quite challenging dealing with different groups every week and I hope we weren't too taxing, other than perhaps that we couldn't make decisions, but your sense of humour every morning Mike, as we deliberated, was very refreshing!

All in all, we truly wish you both every success with your venture. You have a fabulous chalet and are running a company of which you both should be very proud.

Just to say thanks from all of us for your excellent hospitality. We all thought the chalet was excellent, very nice accommodation and ambience and really good food. Also thanks very much for the transport, that worked really well - make a big difference not having the hassle of the buses.

Och aye fit a gran place fir a holiday! Chalet Annabelle is absolutely beautiful and the setting is brilliant. We thank you for your great hospitality, Mike for keeping us right and organising our skis/ pick ups, drop offs and also for your patience with the off pistes! Jude your cooking is amazing - we feel spoiled with the great dinners and lovely cakies!

What a wondeful holiday we have had at Chalet Annabelle. Our extended (11) family have enjoyed so much. The cosy chalet, absolutely superb food, the atmosphere, the hot tub, the transport and brilliant skiing - we couldn't have asked for more! A super way to spend New Years eve - good games - but don't ask Mike to tell Harry! Steph and Darrens engagement made it that little bit extra special. We will all go home to the Isle of Man with our own special memories - memories that will last a life time. Thank's Mike and Jude for everything.

I just wanted to reiterate what a wonderful holiday we had last week. The chalet was wonderful and you made our stay very special.
 
I am recommending you to my friends and am certain that one couple will come and stay with you.

I wanted to write a proper message, as my visitor book scrawl was so untidy and not very well thought out.  I think above all else, I wanted to say a huge thank you for making my virgin chalet experience such a fantastic one.  I really don’t think I’ll be able to stay anywhere else ever again!!
 
It’s hard to know where to start, but the chalet itself is gorgeous and the décor is very stylish.  The finish of everything is brilliant too, and it’s clear that you both have a good eye for detail, which is so important.  Those little touches, like the Molton Brown goodies, postcards, fabulous robes and slippers, kir royales, chocolate Easter eggs, really just raised the bar, and made everything just perfect.  I personally prefer a very firm bed (no jokes please!) so my only bugbear was I thought the beds were a touch soft, but frankly, that’s the only thing I can think of that wasn’t perfect!
 
I don’t know where to begin with the food.  Absolutely fantastic, from the first dinner to the last breakfast.  Highlights for me (and they weren’t easy to choose, believe me) were the onion soup, sundried tomato chicken, and the meringue, and the bread & butter pudding.  And as for the cakes.   Oh my god – AMAZING!  Jude you have a very light whisking wrist there!! 
 
Mike, thanks for always being there to ferry us about and to collect us at the end of the day, always on time and always with a smile.  And basically to you both for constantly going above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay so warm and welcoming.
 
There is no doubt that I’ll be coming back once I’ve returned from my Indian adventure, so until then, good luck with the summer season and the next winter one, and thanks again so very much.  I’ll be recommending all my friends, you’ve got my word.

We have had an absolutely fabulous holidays with the other Manxies!! The chalet is beautiful and has felt like home. The food has been incredible especially as you managed to fit in all of Dave's favourite puddings in a week. We'll be hitting the gym when we get home!! Unfortunately we are leaving after a wonderful week. We couldn't have found anywhere better to stay. As hosts you cannot be bettered and the chalet is a home from home. The food is fantsatic and I hear Gordon Ramsay is worried..... P&HM IoM Feb 09
