Ski Chalet Details

Solneige is located in the beautiful alpine village of Vaujany, with south facing panoramic views over the valley, yet close to all facilities.

Solneige offers you 6 comfortable rooms all with their own en-suite facilities and balcony with breathtaking views over the Alps.

3 Double, 2 triple and a family room, sleeps in total 16 persons.

If you need more rooms it is possible to make a booking totgether with one of our apartments (each sleeps 6) on half board base.

The chalet has a vaulted ceiling living room (70m²) where you can relax on one of the comfortable couches, in front of the log fire. Or enjoy the view from our hottub in the garden.

There is a separate DVD / TV or games room with a DVD and CD library.

Solneige has also 2 self catered apartments, each sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms , a cosy living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony with fantastic views on the valley and the Alps.

Chalet Food

Your Breakfast: In the morning we serve you a generous breakfast with baquettes, croissants, eggs, french yogurt, cereals, cheese, several delicious jams, orange juice, coffee, tea and fresh fruit.

Afternoon tea: After a fantastic day on the slopes we welcome you with tea, cake and pastry.

Your Dinner: Suprise yourself with a delicious 4 course dinner, carefully selected with fresh products of the season, herbs from our own garden, home made chutney and cheeses from our region. Of course you can accompany these dishes with excellent wines, we gladly advice you! After dinner you can enjoy coffee or tea and liqueurs like the local Genepi.

Are you a vegetarian or do you have a special diet, please let us know and we will gladly adjust the menu for you.

Ski Chalet Chalet Solneige is in Alpe d'Huez, France

SOLNEIGE  is located at less than 5min. from the big cable car of Vaujany which brings you in 6min. into the hart of the fantastic and snow secure ski area of Alpe d'Huez.

Vaujany is a gateway to an extraordinary ski area. For beginners and experienced skiers alike, Vaujany's 237km of slopes are just perfect for leisure and high-performance skiing.

With the greatest altitude range in the world, offer yourself some skiing freedom on the black and red slopes through some fantastic scenery.

We have a private parking place at the chalet and the parking close to the cable car in Vaujany is free. There is also a regular, free "navette" of the village with the stop next to the chalet.

We have heated ski lockers for you in front of the cable car where you can leave all your equipment safe and warmed.

• Hang gliding
• Walks on snow shoes with or without  a guide
• Being lazy in the sun on one the several terraces and enjoy fantastic local food, we can give you all the information
