Find Chalets, reserve the right to remove, edit or withdraw any content supplied by chalet owners. This can be done without prior notice, and at any time.
Owners are responsible for keeping their own content up to date and factually correct. Find Chalets accept no responsibility for any information on chalets that may be incorrect.
Storage of data
Find Chalets are not responsible for chalet owner content, should data be lost for any reason, it is the chalet owners responsiblity to re-enter any content.
Bookings
Any bookings or dealings between you and any advertisers found on or via this Website, including the payment for, and delivery of, products or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the relevant advertiser.
Find Chalets are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any such dealings.
We expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss or injury arising out of:
- The activities of any advertiser or supplier
- The goods or services offered or the content displayed by any advertiser or supplier
